    Not feeling ready for a yoga class yet? Private yoga instruction may be for you! This one on one session with a yoga instructor will talk you through all you need to know to be comfortable in the class setting. This class is individualized to meet your needs. Also a great way to bring your practice to he next level! Sessions are available as individual classes at $45/hour. Please call to set up your session 315-343-9900

    Our Balanced body class offers comprehensive instruction as the teacher simultaneously demos the postures, to encourage anatomical alignment. Variations and modifications of the postures are woven into each class in order to make sure of the greatest level of involvement and satisfaction for each student.     This class is in a heated room (not as hot as Bikram yoga) and focuses on fostering the mind body connection. Asanas (poses) will flow from one to the next in a vigorous practice and encompass pranayama breathing. Help your body to detoxify as you return to balance!
  • Yoga Sculpt 1 hour $15.00 Book Now
    Using light weights we will do a vinyasa flow with upper body muscle toning. Class begins with seated breathing and ends with savasana. There is about 40 minutes of yoga standing and balance poses using hand weights.
