Alicia Mitchelson

Alicia Mitchelson

Yoga Instructor

"May we all find the courage to love ourselves. In our entirety. The good, the bad, and the ugly. When we embrace our whole being we allow the opportunity for healing, to become whole" - B. Trubridge

Practice not to be perfect, but to evolve your body, and mind. Yoga has allowed me to slow down and take in the beauty of each moment. There are always going to be off days, but when you allow your mind to stay present rather than worrying about tomorrow, future, or the past, you learn so much about others, life, and yourself.

Yoga has been a stepping stone in my life. I first started practicing yoga at a young age. I played sports in high school and used breathing techniques before and during my game. I also used asanas (poses) for my daily stretching. Yoga can be whatever you want it to be! Yoga has many outstanding benefits- Physical, Spiritual, and Mental. I teach from the heart, and my love for yoga.

I received my 200hr certification at Infinite Light with Tony Riposo, and knew right away it was the best decision of my life. I am a firm believer in love, kindness, and gratitude. I look forward to your smiling face on the mat! Off the mat, you can catch me; outside- gardening, kayaking, camping, spending time with loves one, and my dog.

Jennifer Commance

Jennifer Commance

Yoga Instructor

I originally started practicing yoga as a form of exercise and stress relief during my college years, however, it turned out to be the blessing of a lifetime. My yoga practice started to reveal to me changes not only in my physical body, but also I began to notice a growing sense of inner peace and tranquility that I had never experienced before. This awareness drew me even deeper into my own personal practice and I knew I wanted to share this with others, which led me to enroll in the Infinite Light Yoga Teacher Training program, where I graduated as a 200-hr certified teacher. My classes use detailed directions, education and experience seamlessly throughout the class as we explore meditation, breathing, postures and of course yogic relaxation. Blending these physical and spiritual practices together creates the perfect opportunity for my students to connect with themselves.

I invite you to come to my classes and together we can explore the peaceful practices of Yoga.
